This post was inspired by this month's Woman's Day magazine. They surveyed women who seem to have it all together. I do not seem to always have it all together, but I like to think I do!
Most productive way to spend 5-10 minutes before bed?
Preparing lunch for tomorrow. Ironing clothes for tomorrow. Reviewing weekly schedule of events.
Most productive way to spend 5-10 mintues in the am?
Checking e-mails. Tidying up the kitchen...so I don't come home to a mess. Thinking about what's for dinner (and possibly taking it out of the freezer to defrost during the day).
My purse is never without...
My planner. Floss. Lip gloss.
My best organizing tip...
Keep bills in order, so that you don't lose them and secure they are paid on time. Get rid of unnecessary mail, ie. offers, envelopes, Yankee Traders, etc.
Recycle the newspaper after it has been read.
My best "keep-my-life-in-order-and-stress-free tip"...
Make to-do lists and post them around in your physical view. When you do something, use check marks.
Make shopping lists...and take them to the store with you.
Save money whenever/wherever you can.
Do you have any tips to keep your life stress free?
hello Monday, goodbye Summer
-
I wish I could say that I did something super fun to celebrate the
unofficial last day of summer, but I did not, and to tell you the truth,
I'm pretty cool...

I typed a whole bunch of tips and it didn't go thru.
Organization is key. I love to color code and put everything in alphabetical order.
Don't sweat the small stuff. Take a moment and think whether whatever your stressing over is worth harming your health. Sometimes when I put my stress into prospective, it really helps.
Journal or talk to a friend when you are feeling stressed, then let it go.
Count your blessings on a bad day and it will always outnumber your stresses.
