I am sure you have heard of the "O" List...ya know, Oprah Winfrey's list of great things. When I arrived home this evening to find my October issue I was immediately excited. I often get inspiration for my blogs from things I read, I read a lot of magazines. Tonight as I read my new issue of Oprah and her "O" list of fabulous items, I decided it was time to make a "P" List, the things Paige loves!
So here you have it, a list of some of the things that I love and the things that make me happy.
1. Besides my Oprah magazine...I just love my monthly fix of O. I love the articles, especially by Suze Orman and Martha Beck. I also LOVE Real Simple magazine. It is great!
2. Chap stick. I'm talking about the old-fashioned black chap stick. Mmmmm, makes my lips feel so good.
3. Amazing Grace perfume.
4. Essie nail polish. This week I have on Wicked. I LOVE this color.
5. My planner. Everyone needs a planner. I especially like mine. It is a small black zippered planner. I can refill it with any style day planner pad and calendar I like. I have a rosy-purple pattern and it holds lots of info, business cards, photos, etc.
6. Green Tea.
7. Vera Bradley. I'm not addicted (at least I don't think I am) but I just love the accessories I own...business card holder, makeup bag, wallet, wristlet, tote bag.
8. Heels. A great pair of black heels are a necessity. The kind of heels that are comfortable, really great looking, and fit with the pants you haven't had hemmed yet.
9. Flats. Flats are great for the fall with jeans and no socks. I just love this look.
and finally...
10. A good bra. Every woman needs a good, supportive, pretty bra. Enough said.

i looove the P List...some of my faves have been mentioned, such as vera (and I am obsessed), my planner, and Amazing Grace perfume. Other things I love include Oxy Clean Spray Away portable cleaner (waaaay better than tide to go), Bare Essentials makeup, jcrew flip flops, jcrew sherpa lined hoodie(yes, it is pricey, but it will last for years and keeps you incredibly warm when people keep the heat low in the winter), my nap blanket from Brookstone, a sting of pearls, a killer black dress, and my tahari suit jacket (from Marshalls, so I did save a pretty penny). This was a very fun post and I can't wait to see the other lists.
I love the P List, all good things! I love our Vera, everybody tells me they love that bag and I am sure people tell you that too.
Some of my favs that I currently can't live without: Post-it flags to mark all the good stuff in life, dry-line white-out to erase the mistakes in life, my planner is a necessity for my sanity, my Vera wallet to hold all my money and stuff, my blankets that Stevi and my mom crocheted for me to keep me warm with love, eye-liner/mascara to make my eyes sparkle, and my gold cross that was my Grandma Vita's.
I agree with the good bra thing... Every girl needs (especially smaller girls) need a good bra that gives them some umm lift... some other good things that no girl should live without... a really comfy pair of sweatpants, really yummy ice cream (swear it cures all shitty days)... a rockin' dvd collection... an ipod (i'd kill myself without it)... and a journal to write down all the shit you can't tell people... I think a really good friend is also super important and great
